Clean, comfortable, great location near local markets and cheap local food. Helpful staff, welcoming atmosphere, excellent service. Good facilities, free coffee and tea. Desirable neighborhood, easy access to transportation. BBQ night, social activities. Will definitely come back.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! the location was fantastic. It's situated in a nice neighborhood residential area on a quiet street, yet still located in the city center. It was so convenient to get around and explore Bangkok. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist me with any queries or requests I had. It made me feel very welcome. Lastly, the basic amenities provided were more than enough for my needs. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. I also appreciated the option of having breakfast at the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money and attention to detail.

In terms of facilities, the hostel offers a comfortable room and a shared bathroom with satisfactory towels. The staff is friendly and provides good service, making the stay enjoyable. However, breakfast is not included and the view from the hostel is limited.

The WiFi connection can be slow at times, which can be inconvenient for guests who rely on a stable internet connection.

The value for money was excellent. The family room being on the ground level made it convenient for carrying luggage. The self-check-in process was smooth, especially since I arrived late at night. The location on a quiet back street was perfect for a good night's sleep. It was also close to Sathorn Road and within walking distance of the nearest subway station. The staff were nice and there was free hot and cold water available at the reception. Additionally, it was just a 15-minute walk to the beautiful Lumphini Park.

Can't fault the property in any way.
